92pr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law, or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform will cease immediately. Any funds held in your account at the time of suspension or termination due to a breach by you may be forfeited. Where account closure is requested by the user in good standing, any remaining balance will be paid out in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures following satisfactory KYC verification.
